Minimum Order Amount (top)
BoxSource has no minimum total order amount. Some items may be sold in bundle quantities, in which case the minimum order for that item would be reflected on the item's display page.

Order History
To view your order history, log into your account and click the order history link. Choose the appropriate order to view.

Printing an Invoice

To print an invoice for any order, simply log into your account, click "Order History", choose the appropriate order, and then click "Print Invoice" at the bottom of the order summary page.

How do I use a discount code? (top)
Discount codes may be applied to your order by entering your code in the field in your shopping cart.

Adding a PO to your order (top)
On the last page of checkout, there is a field that will allow you to add your own PO number to your order.

Handling Charges
Boxsource does not add a handling charge to any order regardless of the order size.

What are your shipping charges? (top)
Shipping charges vary depending upon the item being sent, its size, weight, and your distance from our warehouse. You can easily estimate shipping by clicking the "Estimate Shipping Charges" on the "View Shopping Cart" page.

How will my order ship?
You will be able to choose how your order will ship. On the check out screen there will be a drop down menu that will have all possible shipping options for your location.

When will my order ship? (top)
As soon as you submit your order, we begin to process it. In general, any order placed before 4:00pm Eastern that will be shipped by UPS will leave our warehouse the same day. Orders that ship common carrier will ship the next day. You will receive an email when your order ships and can always log into your account to view detailed shipping information.

How can I track my order? (top)
You can easily track your order in real time. Your order confirmation email has a direct link to track your order without logging into your account. Alternatively, you can log into your account and click 'track orders'.

Damaged Shipments
Boxsource makes every effort to package every order as safely as possible to prevent any damages during shipment. In the event that you do receive a damaged shipment, simply call (800) 448-0583 to speak with a customer service rep. The customer service representative will send a call tag for the damaged produce as well as send you out a new shipment immediately. All damaged shipments must be reported within 4 days of delivery.

Drop Shipments
Boxsource will do drop shipments directly to the end user or customer. All labels will have the Boxsource name on them and all shipments will contain a Boxsource packing slip. How to process a drop shipment: On the check out screen fill out all off the billing information and under the shipping field simply put your customer, or end users shipping address.

What is your return policy?
If an incorrect item is received due to a mistake by Boxsource, or if a damaged item is received, Boxsource.com will take care of all return costs and arrangements. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please contact out customer service department to arrange shipment of the new product(s).

If the above is not the case then you are still covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. In this case any item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the items purchase price, minus shipping.  You will be required to arrange the return shipment of the product to our location. If this is the case Please contact out customer service department to receive an RMA number as well as the appropriate return shipping address. Returns without an RMA number are not accepted.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders if the order is unable to be stopped before it has left our facility.

How can I return an item I am not happy with? (top)
Our satisfaction guarantee is 100%. Purchase any item and keep it for a full 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the items purchase price. (Please note that consumable items such as boxes and bags must be in the original bundle or box that they came in, in resellable condition with no markings, to qualify for return.) To begin the return process, please contact customer service for an RMA number and instructions. Returns without an RMA number are not accepted. Please see our full return policy below.

What type of security do you use? (top)
All ordering information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption from your browser to our server. Our server is housed in a climate controlled, secure facility with no public access.
